Daredevil's Homecoming!

The Devil of Hell's kitchen might be coming back to the MCU and no one can be more excited about it than me. I've been an ardent Marvel TV Series fan and my affair with them started when one fine night I decided to give Daredevil a go. And, I've been a fan ever since! The grittiness of the character, the amazingly choreographed fight sequences, the stunningly nuanced performances. I was in absolute love with it from the very first episode of season one. I was heartbroken when Netflix cancelled it after the airing of season 3. I hadn't lost hope because Marvel would never let such a strong (acclaimed) character go to waste. And here it is, the big news! We might be seeing him in Spiderman 3 and who knows, even in a standalone movie.

If you haven't watched Daredevil, I highly recommend it. I know, some parts of it are really unrealistic. But trust me, when you get your head around the fact that he can hear through walls and practically see without eyes, it gets really interesting. The absolute beauty of the show is that it shows the vulnerability of the human body so well. There's only so much pain one can endure, but this guy, doesn't bat an eye before getting into a fight and getting hit and hitting harder. That's the spirit of a real hero and that is exactly what has been captured so amazingly.

Charlie Cox does such an amazing job that you'll never believe he's a completely different person. Vincent D'Onforio makes the role of Kingpin such a dreaded one that you will feel chills as you watch him on screen. It's so amazing how these two meet heads on and the outcome is just breathtaking.
